Benjamin Garden came out of nowhere to pass the amazing Valerie Orsoni and Siim Land as the leader in the Longevity World Cup with a 23.4 year lower risk-equivalent age – the biggest reduction we have ever seen in the Longevity World Cup.
In other words, at 49 years old, his mortality risk is similar to that of the average 25 year-old!
We talked about how he got to number 1, as well as his life, habits, philosophy, challenges, and more.
It was a fun new challenge for me, and I really enjoyed it. I think it went really well for my first one, and I have things to improve on for next time.
